Launching Your Entrepreneurial Future, a three-hour workshop, helps aspiring entrepreneurs begin the entrepreneurial planning process by identifying potential business opportunities and ideas and identifying the research needed to determine business viability.
Listening to Your Business, a half-day workshop, guides participants through a process of reflection, vision, and planning and provides tools to take a closer look at where their business is today, what they want it to look like in three years, and the steps to get there.
